Stiamo evolvendo verso un modello sempre più strutturato basato su infrastrutture server, virtualizzazione, continuità operativa e gestione del dato. Per rafforzare il team cerchiamo un Tecnico IT mid-level, già autonomo, con competenze concrete e operative su ambienti server e virtualizzati.Attività tecnicheGestione e manutenzione di ambienti virtualizzati in produzione(VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, Hyper-V)Amministrazione di Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)Gestione e troubleshooting di Active Directory(utenti, gruppi, GPO, DNS, DHCP)Operativitàbackup e restoresnapshotrepository di backupstorage (NAS / SAN, concetti di LUN e datastore)Interventi su infrastrutture IT on-prem e ibrideAttività svolte tramite ticketing, procedure operative e documentazione tecnicaM365Requisiti tecniciEsperienza reale su infrastrutture server e virtualizzazione (non solo laboratorio)Capacità di lavorare in autonomia tecnica, valutando impatti e rischi delle modificheLaurea in informatica preferibileBuona comprensione di:architetture client/serverambienti multi-VMcontinuità operativa di baseApproccio metodico, ordinato e orientato alla stabilità dei sistemiPatente BRequisiti organizzativiDisponibilità a lavorare prevalentemente in sedeDisponibilità a interventi presso clienti del territorioPreferibile residenza o domicilio in zona Pisa / province limitrofe, per continuità operativa e presenza costanteCosa non è questa posizioneNon è helpdesk di primo livelloNon è un ruolo commercialeNon è adatta a profili junior o da formare da zeroNon è indicata per chi non lavora con procedure e responsabilità tecnicheCosa offriamoRuolo tecnico definito e stabileContesto organizzato, con processi in fase avanzata di strutturazioneInserimento economico coerente con un profilo mid-level autonomo e con il mercato localeCandidaturaÈ possibile candidarsi inviando il CV o contattandoci direttamente tramite LinkedIn.
