This includes works undertaken internally in addition to the work performed by our subcontractors and/or partners as required for the project.The position is a site based position requiring the presence of the person on the construction site based in Italy**How you’ll make an impact:*** Review contractual and local requirements applicable to site quality; review contractor quality plans to ensure alignment with e Project Quality Plans and the customer requirements.* Provide Quality Induction training to the site personnel.* Ensure that Quality Control processes are fully implemented and continuously monitored; ensure that inspection / testing during Civil, Mechanical & Electrical erection and Commissioning are con-ducted, documented, checked and validated as per the quality control system; ensure that the completion system, deviation, NCR (Non-Conformance Report) System, CCRP system and any other Quality tools are fully deployed at site and that the users are adequately trained with the support of the completion manager.* Follow up completion system at site having an overview of status in regard to inspections, certifications and all outstanding works including punch list* Provide Quality related site KPIs to the stakeholders whenever required* Participate in internal and contractor quality audits as per the Site Quality audit program.* Monitor contractor compliance with Quality requirements and follow up contractor corrective actions when-ever required.* Support CoQP reporting processes at site according to HVDC processes**Your Background:*** Technical/Engineering/Quality management education* 5+ year construction quality site experience or in operations* Track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization* SO9001 knowledge* Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and oral* Willing to be relocated at project site locationWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
