Now its time to accelerate and we need YOU We are looking for a brilliant and passionate talent as Applied Solutions & Markets Product Specialist with the aim of supporting the design of tailored product solutions and contributing to the collection of strategic market insights driving xFarms fast growth in all countries we operate. This is a role designed for talents with limited experience in digital / product who are eager to grow into broader product responsibilities combining hands‑on client engagement with exposure to strategic product planning. Your Mission : Applied Solutions Client‑Centric Product Analysis & Design Organize and participate in client meetings to gather and clarify user needs. Lead the user requirement analysis process producing comprehensive documentation (pre‑implementation analysis) to outline needs and proposed solutions. Coordinate the creation of UI / UX mockups (with Design) and effort estimations (with Tech teams). Present solution proposals to clients managing feedback refinements and follow‑up discussions. Act as the product interface with the client throughout the entire development process. Coordinate product colleagues belonging to specific Tribes or external roles when needed to ensure smooth handover and execution of developments. Market Analysis Strategic Input for Product Planning Support in gathering insights pain points and needs from high‑priority markets where xFarm operates. Collaborate with your coordinator and Product Area Owners (PAOs) in delivering preliminary requirement analyses to inform roadmap prioritization. Contribute to triaging solution proposals helping distinguish between internal external or hybrid development paths. The ideal candidate possesses : Previous experience in digital or product roles ideally with exposure to client‑facing activities or solution design OR strong motivation and academic background in digital / product. Ability to translate user needs into structured requirements and actionable product documentation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product tools (Jira Confluence Notion). Excellent communication skills both with clients and internal teams with confident presentation abilities. Problem‑solving mindset independence and ability to self‑organize.
