Il nostro obiettivo è migliorare l’esperienza quotidiana di dirigenti, docenti, personale scolastico, studenti e famiglie attraverso soluzioni software moderne, sicure e affidabili.Descrizione del lavoroLeadership e gestione del team Platform: guidare il team nella quotidianità, assicurando chiarezza su obiettivi, priorità e responsabilità. condurre 1:1, feedback e percorsi di crescita per le persone del team. favorire un ambiente di lavoro sano, collaborativo e orientato alla responsabilità condivisa. supportare onboarding e sviluppo delle competenze tecniche del team.Delivery e coordinamento: pianificare e governare il lavoro del team, bilanciando roadmap di piattaforma, richieste dei team di prodotto e attività operative. migliorare il flusso di lavoro, riducendo interruzioni e lavoro reattivo contemporaneo. facilitare retrospettive e momenti di miglioramento continuo.Contributo tecnico hands-on: contribuire direttamente allo sviluppo e all’evoluzione della piattaforma: infrastruttura cloud, CI/CD, observability, automazione, sicurezza operativa. partecipare attivamente a design tecnico, review architetturali, code review, incident response e post-mortem. essere un punto di riferimento tecnico quotidiano per il team, senza accentrare tutte le decisioni.Collaborazione cross-team: collaborare con Engineering Manager dei team di prodotto, Staff Engineer, area Security & Compliance. aiutare a chiarire confini di responsabilità tra Platform e team di prodotto. promuovere soluzioni self-service e riduzione del carico cognitivo per l’organizzazione.QualificheEsperienza: minima 8 anni come Cloud & DevOps Engineer e almeno 2 anni come Engineering Manager e/o Team Leader. background tecnico solido in contesti complessi e moderni. esperienza diretta in ambienti SaaS, cloud e sistemi dis.Competenza tecnica: ottima conoscenza pratica di part di System Linux, Cloud Native (AWS), CI/CD, DevOps, containerizzazione e infrastruttura come codice (CDK/Terraform/CloudFormation), osservabilità e affidabilità. sicurezza applicativa e infrastruttura. capacità di scrivere, leggere e mantenere codice e configurazioni infrastrutturale.Competenza manageriale: capacità di guidare persone senza micro-management. attitudine al coaching e alla crescita del team. comunicazione chiara, diretta e costruttiva. capacità di gestire trade-off tra esigenze tecniche e organizzative.Mindset: approccio pragmatico e orientato all’outcome. comfort nel ruolo di leader/coach. disponibilità a «sporcarsi le mani» quando serve, senza perdere la vision.Cosa offriamoun ruolo chiave in una trasformazione tecnica e organizzativa reale;autonomia decisionale e fiducia;ambiente remoto o ibrido;possibilità di influenzare direttamente architettura, pratiche e cultura tecnica;budget per formazione continua e crescita professionale;strumenti di lavoro adeguati (hardware e software).Tipo di contratto e retribuzionetempo indeterminato o collaborazione a partita IVA;RAL da 55k a 70k a seconda del tuo livello di seniority. se pensi di meritare di più, parliamogli;impiego full-time, 5 giorni alla settimana (lunedì – venerdì).Perché questo ruolo è diversopensato per chi non vuole scegliere tra management e tecnica;credita che un buon Engineering Manager debba conoscere il codice, i sistemi e i problemi reali e voglia avere un impatto concreto oggi, non solo disegnare modelli;#J-18808-Ljbffr
