QuEST Global Engineering ( leader nel settore dei servizi di ingegneria, per il rafforzamento della propria Divisione Transportation seleziona due profili di Mechanical Integration Designer – RAIL INDUSTRY Sede di lavoro : Firenze / Pistoia Le risorse selezionate opereranno all’interno di un team che si occupa di Train Design Role Overview : Integrazione meccanica a livello veicolo : 3D e 2D design di parti e assiemi meccanici con relativa insallazione sul veicolo. Design relativo a interiors, carenature, montaggio equipaggiamenti e connessioni pneumatiche (gradita capacità di lettura schemi pneumatici), con relativo “fitting” verso la cassa del veicolo. Gestione / definizione requisiti e vincoli di montaggio legati “Final-assembly” con relativa gestione / calcolo della catena di tolleranze in gioco. Interfacciamento e armonizzazione con gli altri team di ingegneria e altre funzioni quali industrializzazione, Produzione, Qualità, Acquisti, ma anche fornitori esterni. Elaborazione, preparazione e implementazione delle Richieste di Modifica (Change Request), soprattutto provenienti dai ritorni di produzione della pre-serie. Elementi base per valutazione strutturale delle soluzioni di fitting meccaniche. Specialized Knowledge, Background & Skills : due anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, idealmente nel sett. Rail, con comprensione di tematiche di mechanical design, in un contesto produttivo e internazionale. Comprensione ed elaborazione dei processi di design e rilascio documentazione meccanica. background meccatronico / pneumatico : capacità di lettura / elaborazione schemi pneumatici e piping design conoscenza e capacità d’uso di tool CAD 3D / 2D design (conoscenza di Catia V5 per modellazione 3D e 2D costituirà titolo fortemente preferenziale); vivo interesse per uno sviluppo del proprio percorso professionale nel sett. Ferroviario; buona padronanza della lingua inglese Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di problem solving, organizzazione e metodo, orientamento al risultato, affidabilità, senso dell’urgenza, attitudine al lavoro in team nonché forti capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni, unitamente a flessibilità organizzativa e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte. #J-18808-Ljbffr
