Claims Specialist for Corporate and Multinational ProgramsFor the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for a Claims Specialist for Corporate and Multinational Programs to join our Claims department. In this role, you will develop and contribute to the global MP Claims function, ART, MGA (Managing General Agent) and Parametrics. Your responsibilities will include structuring effective governance and management solutions in conjunction with MP Programs, supporting global and local teams with technical expertise, driving data and data quality of all Claims MP activities, and supporting and delivering on global claims solutions. You will provide best-in-class MP Claims Services for both internal and external clients and support CT Claims activities, such as reporting and portfolio management.Main responsibilities:Defining, implementing and promoting the MP Claims Value Proposition in conjunction with MP and CBRM functionsProviding Claims support on MP Programs working closely with colleagues in the local Fronting Offices and Producing OfficesDefining and managing processes to support the business needsAssisting countries with their local initiatives and projectsDrive and contribute to the Multinational Program value propositionWorking with the MP Program and Network team to promote Claims functionality within the networkSupporting MP Network team in connection with claims – for example regarding R&SA claims language and thresholdsEvaluating and balancing services to ensure they are flexible and cost-effectiveCollaboration with key stakeholdersWorking closely with global and country stakeholders to foster collaboration and successful outcomesWorking closely with central team MP, CBRM and RELP colleagues to build and enhance overall global value propositionAssisting the country MP teams and ART / MGA / Parametrics experts and to provide country claims handlers with technical advice and expertiseActing as an escalation point for countries, clients and brokers on MP ProgramsOperational supportContributing and own global claims projectsTracking global KPI’s and improve over timeEnsuring global data quality and data tracking is to the global expectationRequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:At least 2 years of experience in corporate business, Claims processes, MP Programs, Alternative Risk Transfer and MGA (Managing General Agent)Ability to work across different functions and to support different geographiesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to build lasting relationshipsAbility to set and execute strategies on timeAnalytical and organizational skillsSkills in using and suggesting innovative and efficient ways of workingStrong attention to detail and high standards across report writing & servicesFluent spoken and written in English, Italian, additionallanguages are an advantageCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational group that is present in more than 50 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 82,000 employees.
