Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F B Service Experts - Night Room service chef de rang . Reporting to the F B Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Food & Beverage service, primarily within Night Room Service , while also supporting any of our outlets as needed. This is a full‑time position , working 5 nights per week with 2 days off . The estimated start date is January. What you’ll do Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the internal system (Infrasys) Make menu recommendations, handle special requests, and upsell when appropriate Ensure guests receive authentic, efficient, and attentive service Check in with guests to ensure expectations are met Set up and prepare outlets for each service period Order and restock inventory Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines Comply with quality assurance standards Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies Required skills and competencies Service execution: ability to deliver accurate and timely F&B service Product knowledge: understanding of menus, ingredients, and service flow Problem solving: ability to identify service issues and apply solutions Adaptability: capability to work across different outlets and service formats Communication: clear and effective interaction with guests and team members Operational accuracy: attention to detail in order taking and system usage Time management: ability to manage priorities during night operations Safety awareness: consistent application of health and safety procedures Qualifications Intermediate proficiency in Italian and English Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality operations is an advantage Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
