You’ll oversees all aspects of a company’s contract negotiations, obligations and implementation.Your duties include negotiating contracts, advising management and supervising the implementation of contracts for optimal efficiency. The role will operate in Legal Department in Italy, focused on IT domain, in close contact with international environment.About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:Creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners (specific for IT Area)Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulations.Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.Researching business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts.Maintaining, updating and improving contractual records.What Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
