Data Ingestion and Quality Assurance:Manage and oversee the ingestion of all data flows from Network Partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processingConduct thorough quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reinsurance dataIdentify discrepancies, errors, and areas of improvement, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards of data qualityCooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth data ingestion and keep aligned on progress and issues, and mitigation actions2. Continuous Improvement and Automation:Collaborate closely with IT teams to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions for data ingestion and quality validation processesActively participate in process review sessions, providing insights and identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks through digitization and automationContribute to defining requirements for enhancements to current data ingestion platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with operational objectivesDrive initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through continuous feedback and active cooperation with IT stakeholders3.
