Assembly and preparation of the Work Plan concerning installation activities, providing necessary input to planners for the overall Plan of Work (POW). Participation in negotiations and clarification meetings with the customer, when required, following proposal presentation. Revisions to the tender package based on negotiations, customer requests, etc. Adherence to internal rules and procedures throughout the process. At the contractual stage, main activities include: Participation in internal Kick-Off Meetings. Sharing relevant information with the project team and involved departments, such as costs, qualifications, technical documentation, and the Plan of Work. Participation in internal clarification meetings. Providing technical assistance, especially between contract signing and project execution, to relevant departments. Engaging in meetings with the customer and/or subcontractors during the initial project phases. Assessing potential changes from tender to project execution, including technical solutions, contractual issues, risks, and costs, and collecting lessons learned for future tenders. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Curious, eager to learn, and willing to improve autonomy. Precise, proactive, problem-solving, and target-oriented. Ability to understand and simplify complex concepts. Pragmatic, flexible, capable of managing and adapting to priorities. Open to changes during work. Good interpersonal skills and team working capability. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and web tools. Availability for short, possibly frequent trips domestically and abroad. POSSIBLE ADDED-VALUE REQUIREMENTS Experience in a similar role or area. Knowledge of or experience in submarine cable installation, from operational or engineering perspectives. Experience in proposal engineering activities such as costing, planning, subcontracting, technical proposal preparation, and negotiations related to marine installation or other areas.
