Plm Specialist

As a PLM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of these systems.Task & ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain PLM / ALM systems to support product development and software engineering processes.Collaborate with engineering, IT infrastructure, and other departments to define and document requirements for PLM / ALM solutions.Provide technical support and training to users of PLM / ALM systems.Develop and enforce best practices for data management, version control, and change management.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in PLM / ALM technologies.EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with PLM / ALM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Polarion, Microsoft Azure DevOps).Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP.Strong understanding of product development and software engineering processes.Skills & CompetenciesExperience with PLM / ALM solutions.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Business fluent in English (minimum B1 Level).Willing to travel up to 10% (mainly to CH).Location: STEELCO Spa – Via Balegante 27, Riese Pio X (TV)Department: IT & Business ProcessesType of work: full time job (8.00 – 17.00)Type of contract: PermanentOnly applications with attached CVs will be evaluated.Information pursuant to the New EU Regulation No. 679 / 2016.The personal data reported in the curriculum vitae will be processed by Steelco S.P.A., with registered office in Riese Pio X - TV, Via Balegante 27 (“Company”), for the selection related to this position or other similar ones.
