Overview IT Data Analytics Platforms - Solution Architect Join Allianz as a Solution Architect within our IT Data Analytics Platforms team, where you will be at the forefront of managing and evolving our IT platforms for Data Management. Our team is responsible for the continuous enhancement of the corporate data platforms to meet new business requirements and for defining and implementing the strategy for its technological evolution. In this dynamic environment, we are seeking a Solution Architect with proven experience in designing and evolving complex software architectures and leading transformation projects. You will play a crucial role in managing and continuously improving the current platform ("as-is") while strategically defining and executing steps to evolve the platform towards our target architecture. What You Do Lead the integration of Allianz Technology Group solutions into the local IT environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment with business objectives. Architect and oversee the re-engineering of the current platforms, transitioning them to the latest evolutions towards top-notch Data & AI Platforms. Design scalable, robust, and secure solutions that facilitate the evolution of the platforms while maintaining its current functionalities, improving the users experience. Champion DevOps practices and tools to streamline development processes, ensuring continuous delivery and integration. Analyze and monitor solutions, assessing performance, use of resources and costs to ensure they meet business goals. What You Bring Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven problem-solving attitude, essential for managing complex system transformations. Proven track record as a solution architect, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in managing complex projects. Extensive knowledge and experience of Azure-based architectures and solutions (Synapse, ML, PowerBi; experience with AI Foundry, Agentic AI and Fabric is a plus). Knowledge or experience with other cloud platforms or solutions such as Databricks, IDMC, DBT, AI API Gateway and the ability to integrate diverse technological components. Degree in Information Technology or Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience in system architecture and transformation projects. Proficiency in navigating infrastructural constraints and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
