Overview is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres the Location: Northern Italy onsite This is a Business 2 Business job, please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and Vegetables and other value added Food Ingredients Role The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe Responsibilities Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets. Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team Qualifications and experience Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders) Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executives Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment. Strong fit with the Company’s culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction Requirements Bachelor or Master’s degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA Fluent in English, Italian and other european languages are an asset Minimum 10 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry This is a B2B job This no job for candidates coming from FMCG, Horeca, Hotelf or Restaurants #J-18808-Ljbffr
