Posizione: Client Advisor (Fixed Term) Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un Client Advisor altamente motivato, con una forte passione per creare un’esperienza esclusiva per i nostri clienti. Valorizziamo persone orientate ai risultati, con voglia di apprendere, sempre aggiornate sulle tendenze della moda e con un forte interesse per il nostro Brand e i nostri Prodotti. Responsabilità Padroneggiare la "Client Journey"; Creare emozione e desiderio nel cliente; Coinvolgere clienti esistenti e potenziali secondo il piano settimanale definito dal Management del negozio; Fornire il servizio Valentino Couture in modo impeccabile in ogni fase (preparazione alla vendita, accoglienza, esplorazione del cliente, presentazione del prodotto, chiusura e congedo); Concentrarsi sullo sviluppo e la fidelizzazione dei clienti esistenti e sull’acquisizione di nuovi clienti; Coinvolgere il cliente in ogni opportunità di vendita – walk-in, appuntamenti privati, consegne telefoniche; Partecipare attivamente alle vendite in partnership e alla routine degli appuntamenti OTO. Operazioni e Visual Gestire tutte le attività di vendita e post‑vendita (resi in boutique, fine stagione, resi cliente, riparazioni, reclami); Assicurare la buona manutenzione dei prodotti e il rifornimento in negozio; Conoscere il magazzino di tutte le categorie per garantire il rifornimento degli scaffali e massimizzare le vendite; Rispettare le procedure amministrative e operative; Collaborare con il Visual Merchandiser in store per seguire le linee guida espositive; verificare e riferire tutte le informazioni rilevanti al management del negozio. Requisiti Solida esperienza nel retail; Ottime capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione efficace; Fluente in inglese; una seconda lingua è preferibile; Capacità di lavorare in team con atteggiamento proattivo; Conoscenza approfondita della moda di alto livello; Adattabilità alle esigenze mutevoli dell’azienda; Rete di contatti consolidata nell’ambiente del lusso.
