OverviewThe Value Management team is the corporate insurance and intelligence division of Publicis Groupe, leading improvements in corporate performance, efficiency, and effectiveness among Publicis agencies and their clients. We are seeking a Trading Investment Specialist for our Milan office. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for global projects, coordinating local Publicis teams. Daily contact with our headquarters in London. Work with purchasing/planning teams to gather monthly data sets from agencies/clients. Analyze costs and qualitative performance, sharing guidelines and actions with purchasing directors and client managers. Generate ongoing reports to inform senior management about current performance. Perform quality checks on reporting tools and third-party data sets. Support pricing proposals for new business; collect, archive, and update VMT rate databases across various media. Assist with other projects as needed, including ad hoc requests, media audits, system management, communication improvements, and partnership management. QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in the media sector. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
