Job ID: | ASSPL - Maharashtra - C32 Overall Facility & Admin activities include daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule. The role focuses on maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors involving automation such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, field sensors, sortation systems, and control cabinets. Responsibilities also cover vendor coordination for systems under warranty or AMC, DG maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods, as well as relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components. The position supports production by working in a safe, customer‑focused manner, performing minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment such as trolleys, cages, carts. Fire alarm and fire extinguishers are regularly checked, and maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters is performed. Height work and hot work permits are issued, and minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls are handled. Daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA are provided, and soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap disposal are managed.
