Our aim is to get the best out of each individual and being recognized as an employer of choice among the most exclusive hotels in the world.BAKERMandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Bakery Chef is in charge of managing the bakery productions ensuring that cleanliness, high quality and correct procedures are met at all times.Duties & responsibilities:Be responsible for the quality check of all food production in the section where employed and maintain the highest standards achievableCheck standard recipes ensuring proper portion control, uniformity of taste and qualityEnsure that all food items are of high standard and ready to serve on timeCarry out the kitchen requisitioning and orderingPropose new services and products for our guests and initiate them when approvedPromptly communicate any operational problem to the Head Chef and Executive ChefPerform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to timeAttend all training sessions arranged by the resort and companyRequirements:At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.At least 1-year working experience in the related fieldStrong knowledge of HACCP#J-18808-Ljbffr
