A five-star luxury resort with three F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. The essence of great hospitality will however always be an outstanding team. That's why we are looking for you Job Overview Aethos Monterosa is seeking a Junior Finance & Administration Assistant to support supplier communications, inventory monitoring, and general administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of a luxury hotel environment. Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities Purchasing & Warehouse Management Monitor stock levels for F&B (bar and restaurant), housekeeping supplies, and guest amenities Manage delivery schedules and verify incoming goods Perform monthly inventory counts and prepare variance reports Finance Office Support Process purchase invoices and import sales invoices Treasury Operations: Daily counting of hotel and F&B revenues (cash, electronic payments, reconciliations) Review open items and prepare cash flow reports Daily review of cash inflows and payments Daily verification of F&B charges Core Competencies Previous experience in hospitality accounting preferred (minimum 1 year) Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with purchasing and ERP systems; knowledge of Italian VAT regulations Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification English written and spoken What We Offer Professional development within a structured Finance & Administration environment A collaborative and supportive workplace We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
