A leading Global Beauty Group is seeking a Demand Planner to be based in their offices in Milan. Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning global demand plans, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our planning processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the local S&OP process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, following the established monthly cycle. Prepare and communicate final product forecasts to Supply Chain teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing regarding demand planning and forecasting. Ensure full alignment between commercial plans and demand plans. Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring clear communication to internal stakeholders. Deliver regular reporting and analysis on key KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, rejections, and monthly forecast changes. What we look for Solid experience in Demand Planning, ideally within the perfume/fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or mass‑market sectors, with at least 2 years in a demand planning role. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or engineering. Experience with FuturMaster as a Demand Planning tool. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems. Strong relationship‑building and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving global supply chain environment. Fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus).
