Team Assistant, People Join to apply for the Team Assistant, People role at Bending Spoons. Responsibilities Own the onboarding for new Spooners, ensuring every step is completed on time and new hires feel informed, supported, and welcomed from day one. Support our recruiting efforts by leading sourcing across multiple platforms, managing candidate communications, and owning selected stages of the hiring process. Handle office visits and other talent‑related events, ensuring flawless logistics, scheduling, and on‑site coordination, and providing a seamless experience to all participants. Facilitate core people operations, including relocations, benefits administration, and payroll‑related workflows. Manage employment contracts and other HR documentation, keeping records accurate and current, and support internal team needs by swift extraction and interpretation of key information. Compensation varies by location and impact, with ranges from £41,255 to £85,797 in London and €39,892 to €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Permanent contracts may include equity at a discounted price, and Italy relocation may benefit from a 50% tax cut. All the benefits.
