The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management Tech with Personalization and Recommendations experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive focus and excellence. Qualified candidates have experience defining products, mapping requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross-functional and cross-organizational efforts, and delivering complex products and services at scale.
