Job Description : The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Process Engineer at 3M Italy Marcallo Plant, Electrical Market Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :Leading and supporting project within the extended cross functional Electrical Market Division (EMD) team (R&D Lab, Business Supply Chain, Sourcing), improving processes, machines, material flows, with the ultimate goal of reducing unit cost to drive product competitiveness on the market. Supporting Production in Continuous Improvement projects, as well as training operators on best practices and SOPs. Determining the optimal technical solutions to implement in production product design changes required by specific customers Collaborating with EHS extended team to identify practical solutions that reduce waste and emissions, improve ergonomics in production and generally promote a Behavioural Safety CultureYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements :Education : Technical Engineering Degree Familiar with technical areas : electrical engineering, automation engineering, molding engineering, extrusion engineering Fluent Italian and English language Uses outcome based thinking, selects among a number of available alternatives and monitors outcomes. Responds to changing circumstances. Strong operating skills; executes consistently.
