For a leading international company, we are looking for aSENIOR PLATFORM ARCHITECTwho oversees the design and development of a new ecosystem / platform emphasizing experience, innovation, and customer engagement.What you’ll do :Lead, coordinate and support key activities related to the platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, initiatives or governance activities across multiple markets.Monitor performance, KPIs or compliance areas, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to business reviews, audits or decision‑making forums.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.Demonstrative experience in designing, evolving and operating distributed, high‑availability platforms, with deep understanding of scalability, resilience and observability patterns.Strong architectural leadership, with the ability to evaluate technical options, define standards, and guide long‑term platform evolution in complex or international environments.Mastery of cloud‑native operations and modern infrastructure practices, including Kubernetes, IaC, CI / CD, monitoring, and performance optimisation, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.Solid knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem to support architectural discussions, challenge technical decisions and assess risks, even without hands‑on coding responsibilities.Proven experience leading end‑to‑end initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving execution across multiple markets, business units and technology domains.Ability to coach teams, foster organisational agility and promote high‑quality engineering practices, supporting the growth and alignment of the wider platform organisation.A proactive, improvement‑driven mindset, capable of identifying gaps, proposing solutions and continuously enhancing the overall Platform ecosystem.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
