This role coordinates closely with Product Managers, Sales, R&D, and Market Managers to ensure alignment with business plans and successful market entry.The position can be based in Germany (Hamburg, Brunsbuettel, Marl), the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Enschede) or in Italy (Milan Augusta or Terranova).Key AccountabilitiesDefine business criteria for the selection and prioritization of new product and application developments, focusing on the Technical Formulation market segments and alcohol needs.Coordinate the preparation of business cases for new developments, including volume, margin targets, necessary resources, and success metrics.Lead the execution of business plans to ensure successful commercialization of new products.Ensure all marketing needs (4Ps: Pricing, Product, Place, and Promotion, plus training) are addressed to support sales teams and achieve forecasted results.Monitor product performance and trigger specification and price adjustments as needed to meet performance, volume, and profitability goals.Manage the discontinuation of products that become financially non-viable, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.Assure that all Marketing needs (Pricing, Product, Place and Promotion, plus training) will be in place to support sales teams to materialize the results forecasted in the business case, triggering specification and price modifications to achieve performance, volume and profitability expectations when needed.Formal EducationBachelor's degree in science / engineering / marketing / businessWorking Experienceat least 5 years of relevant experience with 2-3 years in Product Management / Marketing / Market DevelopmentRequired Personal And Professional SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsSolid commercial, marketing, and basic technical knowledge in the chemical industryDemonstrated knowledge of related industryProven experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Market DevelopmentStrong communication and leadership skills; proactive and results-orientedProficiency in English (both written and spoken)Our BenefitsFor Germany:A collegial team and a wide range of tasks with a high degree of creative freedom await you, for which you will quickly assume responsibility.We ensure the best possible work-life balance through flexible working hours, the option of mobile working and full-time employment of 38.5 hours.We offer you attractive remuneration, supplemented by numerous modern social benefits including company pension schemes.We support you in your development with individual further training opportunities at specialist, project or management level and enable a wide variety of career paths.As part of our health management, you can access a work-life service, personal advice/coaching and webinars at any time.Your Contact PersonIf you have any questions about the advertised position or Sasol in Germany, Annika Bauer will be happy to help you.Annika BauerPhone: - 1030E-Mail: Please apply via our application portal.Sasol Germany GmbHAnckelmannsplatz 120537 Hamburgbelieves in diversity and equal opportunities.
