This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and support Lean transformation initiatives within our European team.What You’ll DoSupport Lean transformation activities in diverse electromechanical manufacturing environments and administrative processesParticipate in continuous improvement/Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)Analyze data and operational activities to identify improvement opportunities and reduce wasteSupport the implementation and deployment of the Daily Management System (DMS)Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvementYour ProfileRequired:Availability to travel within the European regionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in various work environmentsGood computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)Basic understanding of Lean toolsNice to Have:Lean certificationsExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
