In order to strengthen their Italian Business Unit, we're looking — upon their commitment — for a Process & Industrial Engineer. Responsibilities Ensure the application and maintenance of corporate operational guidelines, supporting adherence to internal methods, procedures, and quality principles; Design, improve, and harmonize production workflows and plant layouts, working in alignment with Company's requirements; Oversee changes to existing manufacturing equipment and systems, including the technical evaluation of upgrades or replacements, the coordination of procurement activities for new machinery, and the preparation of preliminary investment estimates; Manage equipment end-of-life processes, such as relocation, resale, or decommissioning; Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and asset performance, contributing to the enhancement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and ensuring progress toward defined operational targets. Qualifications Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification; At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with expertise in process improvement, production optimization, layout design, and equipment management; Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies, with experience analyzing KPIs and OEE to enhance productivity; Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards; Fluent in English and Italian.
