You will work closely with our Enterprise and Small Medium Business sales team to do this along with your own self‑led efforts based on your knowledge of the market.We’ll offer you a compensation package equal to the experiences you gain. If you demonstrate positive capabilities, attitude and results, there will be many opportunities for you to grow your career and upskill at a greater level within UPS.What you’ll getA salary in the region of €66,000 per year, complemented by an annual performance‑based commission of up to €28,000 and the opportunity to earn an additional 15% of the base salary via the Management Incentive Plan (MIP), contingent upon overall company performanceA permanent contract with UPSExcellent onboarding and ongoing trainingPlenty of opportunities to progress and grow, thanks to our industry‑leading business growth and strategic investment roadmapWhat you’ll doGenerate and qualify leadsReceive and work leads from European and Global Sales partnersSource and develop client referralsDevelop and maintain a customer pipeline using SalesforcePrepare sales action plans and strategiesSchedule sales activityLead and deliver commercial proposal development working with a tender management teamNegotiate and agree commercial terms with the client, and conclude legal contractsContribute to strategic considerations for UPS Healthcare, identifying and sharing insight gained from clients and other market contactsWhat you’ll needA minimum of 5 years of experience in the Logistics Industry, preferably in different rolesKnowledge of Healthcare & Pharma LogisticsThorough knowledge of warehousing & distributionProven sales track record and appetite for new business acquisitionFluent Italian & English language speaking and writing proficiencyWorking skills in other languages beneficialEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to support the development of products and servicesBroad management skillsSound commercial & financial understandingStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation skillsFlexible attitudeHow we recruitUPS is committed to a policy of treating individuals fairly and recruiting, selecting, training, promoting and compensating based on merit, experience and other work‑related criteria.
