They provide financial insights that help drive strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.Financial Analysis & Reporting – Producing reports (MBR) and providing analytical review of the business at brand, customer, channel level, as well as on G2N and A&P level.Strategic Decision Support – Work with business teams to deliver P&L and DWC targets for Italy / Greece, offering insights to influence decision‑making.Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisting in financial planning, including budgets (Plan) and forecasts (Flex and rolling forecast).Performance Monitoring – Tracking the business, ensuring key financial targets are met, evaluating risks and opportunities (R&O), managing R&Os and actioning mitigation plans.Stakeholder Collaboration – Building strong relationships with different departments to align financial goals with business objectives and serve as an ambassador driving self‑service PBI (EDW) reporting.RequisitiUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar.10+ years’ experience in a Finance role, FP&A or similar.Demonstrated strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, develop and maintain peer relationships, and maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.Experience in a large corporate environment.IT literate: ERP, expert Excel, BI tools.Language: English + Italian#J-18808-Ljbffr
