The role calls for 2–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital retail, or consulting environments. You will contribute to the management, optimisation, and performance growth of digital sales channels, supporting our clients in improving commercial results, operational effectiveness, and channel coherence.ResponsibilitiesSupport the end‑to‑end management of e‑commerce channels, including DTC platforms and third‑party marketplaces.Monitor channel performance through commercial and operational KPIs such as sales, conversion, traffic, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, CRM, customer service, logistics, technology) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the omnichannel customer journey.Contribute to the definition and execution of channel development plans, including marketplace expansion and international rollouts.Support catalogue, pricing, promotional and content optimisation activities across digital channels.Leverage advanced analytics, data science techniques, and data‑driven tools—including AI‑enabled solutions—to support operational and strategic decision‑making.Prepare analyses, presentations, and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, channel management, marketplace management, digital retail, or consulting roles.Solid understanding of digital commerce dynamics and key e‑commerce performance metrics.Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in parallel, with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Strong analytical and data science mindset, with confidence in data crunching, statistical analysis, and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.Strong interest in digital commerce, omnichannel models and the application of artificial intelligence to business.Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.Based in Bologna or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid working.Experience in retail, fashion or consumer goods e‑commerce projects.Exposure to international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, Farfetch or similar platforms).Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, OMS, PIM, web analytics and business intelligence tools.Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, Excel advanced functions, or other data science frameworks for extracting insights from large datasets.International experience or cross‑country collaboration.Why Working with UsWe put people first – life can be hard, we actively try to make it easier: for instance we combined on‑premises (either in our Bologna or Milan offices) and remote working before it was cool.We value ideas – all ideas are worth sharing but most importantly hearing, no matter where they come from: we debate (friendly), we choose the path and we all commit.We work with the best – we are proud to have both the greatest clients from a wide range of different industries, and the best talents to push our limits further every day.We have fun along the way – we are a small, cohesive bunch of characters but we are always open to welcoming new friends to the party#J-18808-Ljbffr
