La risorsa si occuperà di: Gestione completa degli ordini (nazionali e internazionali) Gestione delle richieste del laboratorio Attività di contatto telefonico in entrata e in uscita Supporto al team commerciale Risposta alle richieste dei clienti e gestione dei reclami in modo puntuale ed efficace Contatto con gestori esterni, fornitori e altri uffici dell'azienda Requisiti Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea magistrale Esperienza in attività legate al customer service Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (requisito indispensabile) Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel Offerta Contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8:30 alle 17:30 Retribuzione indicativa: 30.000 – 32.000 € Non verranno presi in esame i profili che non corrispondono alle caratteristiche richieste.
