Job DescriptionEnfinity is looking for an HSE Manager to plan, implement, and coordinate Health and Safety programs according to engineering and construction principles to ensure that safe working conditions and processes are maintained, followed, and – where required – improved. Responsibilities/DutiesPlan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and state regulations regarding construction sites. Execute health and safety plans on construction sites and train employees on safety policies to encourage a culture of health and safety. Assist in preparing and reviewing job-specific safety plans. Perform safety audits and inspections, prepare reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures. Deliver corrective actions to improve H&S policies. Coordinate and conduct worksite inspections, assessments, surveys, and program evaluations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and contract requirements. Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and contractors on investigations of incidents and document properly. Assist in implementing corrective actions related to incidents. QualificationsMaster’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering or similar). At least 10 years of experience handling H&S policies on construction sites. Excellent command of written and spoken English and another language based on place of residence. Experience working on-site.
