JOB PURPOSE / ROLESENIOR MOTOR PRICING ANALYSTThe candidate will provide support to the Motor Pricing Team across the full spectrum of analysis regarding data collection and exploration, predictive modeling, Motor Tariffs development or review, corporate and automotive quotes, Technical Price definition.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop independently technical analyses in alignment with Group Best Practice, following the whole Tariff process :Data collection and preparation for further analysis and modelingOverall Rate Requirement analysisTechnical analysis with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral modelsScenario testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performanceAssess on a regular basis the quality and correctness of the models and analysesDevelop reports based on updated predicted KPI'sContinuous alignment with Group best practices and technical documentation updateDevelop independently Fleets and Automotive quotesInterface with other business functionsKEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCEMaster's Degree in quantitative subjects (e.g., Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)Experience on Motor pricing (e.g. at least 4 / 5 years) in Insurance Company / Consultancy FirmsAdvanced knowledge of the whole Tower Watson Suite : Emblem & Radar, Classifier would be a plusProficient with SAS, Python and Office suite (incl. VBA for Excel)Advanced analytical skills (GLM / Machine Learning approach)Expertise in Fleets and Automotive quotes would be a plusAbility to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholdersCurious about new approaches to pricing and committed to continually increase technical knowledgeHigh problem-solving attitudeProactive, result-driven working styleFluent in Italian and EnglishAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
