In un momento di significativa espansione, l'inserimento della prima figura HR risulta cruciale, Stiamo infatti cercando un/una:Talent Acquisition SpecialistLa risorsa sarà responsabile di gestire l'intero ciclo di selezione, con focus su profili tecnici e di prodotto, contribuendo alla costruzione di un team di eccellenza. Si tratta di un ruolo chiave in un contesto in rapida evoluzione, che richiede un approccio proattivo, hands-on e la capacità di collaborare con i manager e la leadership aziendale.Principali responsabilità- Gestire il processo di selezione end-to-end, dall'analisi del fabbisogno alla stesura delle job description fino all'onboarding. - Sviluppare strategie di ricerca e attraction, con particolare attenzione a figure tecniche (Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager). - Ottimizzare il processo di recruiting garantendo un'esperienza positiva ai candidati. - Definire e implementare iniziative di employer branding. - Collaborare con stakeholder interni ed eventuali partner esterni di head hunting.Requisiti- 4-8 anni di esperienza in ruoli di talent acquisition, preferibilmente in contesti dinamici come startup o aziende tech. - Esperienza di selezione full-cycle, con focus su profili tech e digital. - Ottime capacità di sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter e altri strumenti). - Padronanza dell'inglese e dell'italiano. - Buone doti comunicative, organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio. - Nice to have: provenienza dal mondo head hunting, in particolare su ricerche nel settore tech.Offerta- Contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL indicativa 45.000 - 65.000 in base alla seniority + bonus. - Stock option plan legato alla crescita aziendale. - Pacchetto di benefit comprensivo di assicurazione sanitaria, buoni pasto e bonus legati alla performance.
