Lo scopo del ruolo ricercato è quello di supportare le attività di analisi, ricerca e execution a supporto delle iniziative di M&A, Partnership e Business Development del gruppo, contribuendo alla valutazione di opportunità strategiche e alla preparazione dei materiali a supporto dei processi decisionali. Responsabilità chiave : Analisi & Modelling - (realizzazione di modelli di analisi gestionale e finanziari come DCF, comparables, sensitività), predisposizione di materiali di deal analysis e presentazioni interne, raccolta e verifica dati operativi, economico-finanziari delle controllate e delle target). Business Development (supporto all’identificazione, analisi e sviluppo di nuove opportunità in Italia e all’estero, incluse partnership sia private che pubbliche, benchmark competitor, trend settoriali, evoluzioni regolatorie, monitoraggio di target potenziali). Project Management Office (coordinamento di progetti straordinari cross‑funzionali nazionali e internazionali a riporto del team BD e dirigenza commerciale del gruppo). Due Diligence & Integration (supporto nella gestione di vendor / buy-side due diligence, identificazione e quantificazione di sinergie operative, definizione della roadmap integrazione post‑acquisizione e implementazione). Data & Reporting (gestione database, KPI e raccolta dati da fonti interne / esterne, elaborazione di questionari di ricerca di mercato e coordinamento con fornitori dedicati, predisposizione di report periodici per direzione commerciale). Requisiti : 1 / 3 anni di esperienza in consulenza strategica o in Banca d’affari / M&A o in Corporate Development / M&A di grandi aziende. Gradita esperienza di project management, due diligence buy / sell side commerciale o finanziaria, conduzione di ricerche di mercato. Inglese C1+ (fluente, parlato e scritto), gradita seconda lingua. Ottima conoscenza ed esperienza con Excel (modelli M&A, LBO) e PowerPoint, gradita esperienza su software di data analysis (Power BI, Knime), coding (Python, R) e survey management. Le soft skills richieste sono le seguenti : curiosità analitica, precisione, spirito di iniziativa, capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione, orientamento al risultato, sensibilità strategica e disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all’estero. La risorsa sarà inserita nel team M&A, Partnership & Business Development con contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL competitiva + bonus variabile, smart working 1-2gg / settimana.
