You will be a key contributor in the following activities:Design and develop optical systems for industrial, medical, or aerospace applications.Analyze and simulate optical performance using dedicated software (e.g., Zemax, Code V).Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronic, software) for system integration.Define technical requirements and project specifications.Support prototyping and lab validation activities.Optimize optical systems considering cost, performance and manufacturability constraints.Prepare technical documentation and project reports.Interface with suppliers for optical components and manage test and validation activities.Your Characteristics Degree in Physics or related field.Experience in optical system design and knowledge of main simulation software.Knowledge of imaging technologies, lasers, fiber optics or optical sensors.Ability to work in a team and independently manage projects.Good written and spoken English.Nice to have: PhD in Physics.What We Offer We recognize the importance of flexible working arrangements to support you, including remote work, flexible hours, or a combination of both.
