Your role will be instrumental in driving key project activities and assisting senior consultants in delivering impactful solutions.What You’ll Do: Understand and translate customer requirements into tailored system configurations and solutions that meet business needs.Support the configuration setup and implementation of software features and functions translating business needs into effective system solutions. Support product and solutions testing phases.Document all relevant project details including client interactions and system changes while regularly providing clients with clear and comprehensive reports on progress and deliverables.Build trusted relationships with clients acting as a strategic partner throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges and advocate for their needs within internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.You have: A degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration Management Economics.1 - 2 years of experience in IT consulting functional consulting or business analysis ideally involving the implementation of enterprise software solutions.Ability to translate customer requirements and build configuration options guiding clients through the decision-making process.Knowledge of software analysis techniques and definition of functional specifications.Good technology and business acumen.Excellent communication skills - you will be willing to assume a customer facing role with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.Familiarity with SQL is a plus.What do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer Flexible working hours where you can start between 8 : 00 and 10 : 00 and flexible working policy (3 days a week from home 2 days a week in the office).Modern office where you can work together in teams and connect with your colleagues.English classes and full access to E-learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning Pluralsight etc.Performance plans where we would like to determine which career path you prefer to follow.
