Social network you want to login/join with: We are looking for a Controller who will report to the Projects Controlling Manager and will be part of the Transmission Business Unit Finance team, based in Milan. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deployment and maintenance of the detailed projects’ budget in cooperation with the Project Managers Periodic Analysis and explanation of the financial performance of the projects (both P&L and Cash profile) Monthly updates of the projects’ budgets in view of the monthly financial closure and forecasting Coordinate the responses to the external auditors Support to the Project Managers in the preparation of variation orders requests to the customers Preparation of the invoices to the customers and check of the cash collections Coordination of the activities related to the monthly closure of the legal entity Qualifications: Graduation in Economics, Accounting or Management Engineering Knowledge of SAP,in particular the modules FI/CO/PS Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Ppt.) Proficiency English knowledge, both written and spoken Experience and soft skills: 2-3 years as Business Controller, preferably within a project business company (EPCI) or experience in Audit Companies supporting Clients projects oriented Good interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details Flexibility and ability to work within a team, under pressure and with several deadlines Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
