Company Description360 SGA Soft Goods Accessories is the EMEA home of Do-Gree Sourcing, one of the world's largest private label headwear vendors, and owner of the lifestyle and functional headwear Brands CHAOS and CTR.We help the best Brands and Retail Chains grow their headwear business - making their programs more attractive, marketable, profitable, sustainable, and traceable - while making life easier for their teams.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Business Developer role located in Crespano del Grappa.The Business Developer will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with the Brand's PM|PD|Sourcing Teams.This hands-on sales / consultancy role involves working closely with internal and external Teams, high-end empathy and communication skills, love for the Industry, continue learning, willingness to travel.SkillsEmpathy, Communication, Assertivity, Negotiation, Customer Service skills.Analytical Skills and Market Research abilitiesExperience in Lead Generation and Nutruring.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of the apparel / headwear industry trends and market dynamics.Experience in business development or sales roles.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)#J-18808-Ljbffr
