Learn more about this role and how you can begin driving your career forward Primary Purpose of Role Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the plants level to develop and implement controlling systems and processes that align with the business overall vision and its current and long‑term objectives. Prepare financial reports to share with management in order to support the achievements of the targets. Ability to work in team on common goals Key Responsibilities Analysis of the main production plants metrics (operational expense, conversion cost etc) Cost Center analysis Financial targets analysis (Ebitdar%, Working Capital, Capex) SOX compliance SAP and HFM data maintenance Competencies and Behaviors Hard skills Essential: MS Office English Soft skills Dynamic Quick thinker and flexible Problem solving Must be able to work as part of the team Qualifications and Experience Education: University bachelor degree in Economics Professional background Bachelor Degree or High School in Economics Scope Factors Finance/Controlling experience in an multinational company Learn how a reporting package works Improve soft skills and relations with collegues around the world Allison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
