Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semisolids, these include creams and gels.Your key responsibilitiesRequest and negotiate supplier quotations to secure optimal commercial and delivery conditionsCreate and issue purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accurate pricing and confirmed delivery datesSupport management in resolving supply-related issues and ensuring material availabilityIdentify opportunities for new components or suppliers and propose corresponding implementation projectsCollaborate with global procurement teams on cost-saving initiatives and aligned solutions for supply challengesManage supplier and component master data with high accuracy and compliancePerform data analytics on spend by supplier, purchase type, and department to support strategic decision-makingYour profileDegree in Economics or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of procurement experience (pharmaceutical industry is a plus)Strong analytical abilities with solid Excel and reporting knowledgeExperience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP is a strong advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong time management, organization, and ability to work under pressureProactive, improvement-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skillsGood English and Italian skills, both written and spokenPlease note: Applications must be submitted in English .
