Job OverviewAI Learning Designer - EdTech (French fluent) at Paradox ENJoin to apply for the AI Learning Designer role. We are building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people rewire who they are.MissionDesign experiences, not lessons. Craft beautiful, cinematic, human learning arcs that feel alive, adaptive, and transformative. Your mission is to turn the Paradox OS into a learning system that challenges, grows, and personalizes with AI.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the full learning system architecture, from design to executionScript learning experiences that engage heart and brain—each word, exercise, soundscape serves transformationCo-create courses with experts, translating genius into cinematic, science‑based journeysDesign AI agents, loops, and personalization that evolve with each userIterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to drive transformation and stickinessAnalyze, measure, and optimize KPIs of transformation, not just completionConduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structureIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience:3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education)Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable resultsComfortable with AI tools and Figma; proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across mediaPortfolio of cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or learning programsTraits:Craft‑obsessed, doer mentality, bias for outcomesStrong writing and aesthetic sensibilityUser and impact obsessed—focus on transformation outcomesCritical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypothesesDigital and AI savvy—able to build AI agents or demonstrate learning capabilityLanguagesFrench: NativeEnglish: Fluent for conversation and written communicationHow to ApplyComplete the process: application survey + short video assignment, followed by 4 video calls and a reference check.
