Minimum Requirements Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in a relevant social science discipline. Work Experience: At least 5 years of professional work experience coordinating research projects at international level. Experience leading design of research projects, managing quantitative and qualitative data collection at national level, and primary research involving children and young people is essential. Skills: Strong research, research management, leadership and people‑management skills. Experience with Data Collection, Partnership Development, Research Design, Research Ethics, and Stakeholder Engagement. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Desirables Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish). Experience managing longitudinal, school‑based and/or multi‑country research projects. Experience coordinating with multiple institutional and individual vendors. Experience coordinating research on behalf of UNICEF, setting up research partnerships. Experience working in dynamic and fast‑moving projects. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
