Il nostro sito di Latina è un centro di eccellenza per la produzione di liquidi sterili e antibiotici.

Le tue responsabilità
  • Scheduling di dettaglio del reparto, sia manifattura che packaging.
  • Coordinare attività con l'Unità di Assistenza Tecnica, al fine di garantire i corretti tempi di intervento sulle macchine e ridurre i tempi di fermo.
  • Supportare il responsabile di sezione e i colleghi coinvolti nella revisione delle procedure operative, dei 'DVR' e dei piani di produzione.
  • Suggerire soluzioni innovative per migliorare i processi produttivi e ridurre i costi.
  • Comunicare costantemente e regolarmente con il personale operativo allo scopo di trasferire informazioni e rispondere a necessità o suggerimenti di miglioramento.
  • Assicurare l'apertura di deviazioni in caso di anomalie rispetto ai flussi e ai processi.
  • Promuovere/partecipare alla definizione del piano di cambiamento e del piano CAPA per la propria area di competenza.
  • Partecipare attivamente ai progetti che impattano sulla propria area di competenza prendendo parte a progetti di gruppo.
  • Assicurare che la documentazione per il Batch Record (protocolli di convalida di supporto) sia implementata correttamente e consegnata entro i tempi stabiliti.
  • Partecipare attivamente al tier 1, di reparto.
  • Analisi dati OEE, RFT.
Il tuo profilo
  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche (ingegneria, chimica, chimica farmaceutica, ecc.).
  • Minimo 1 anno di esperienza in processi di manifattura farmaceutica (solidi orali è un plus).
  • Conoscenza di base delle GMP.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Office.
  • Conoscenza del sistema SAP.
  • People management (plus).
