We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a leading team supporting content creators on one of the world’s most innovative platforms. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and includes a comprehensive relocation package to make your move easy and stress-free. If you’re tech-savvy, empathetic, and eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Provide support to content creators and influencers using Meta and Instagram tools. Assist with subscription management, account troubleshooting, and technical queries. Offer expert guidance on marketing tools and platform features. Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Identify trends and resolve issues for small and medium-sized business clients. Requirements: Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
