Nexperia in Sicily, Italy is seeking a Principal Engineer – GaN Package Development to drive packaging architectures, optimize performance, reliability and cost, and shepherd concepts through to high‑volume manufacturing.
You will coordinate with R&D, design, production, quality and purchasing to transfer processes, qualify equipment and tooling, and apply data‑driven methods (SPC, Six Sigma) to improve yield and quality. Strong collaboration and clear technical communication are essential.
