The role will assist in coordinating activities with Finance, supporting internal communication, and contributing to basic reporting and analysis to ensure incentive initiatives are executed effectively.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement incentive programs, including bonuses, rewards and monthly or annual campaigns.Manage the payment process for incentives, rewards and promotional campaigns.Coordinate with the Finance team to address questions and clarifications related to incentive programs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs by collecting feedback, analyzing results and proposing improvements.Support internal communication and ensure that sales teams are always informed about available incentive opportunities.Prepare periodic reports for management on sales performance against predefined targets.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., incentive management, sales operations, performance management).Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related fields.Overall strong academic background with solid analytical and quantitative skills.Why Join Us:Be part of a fast‑growing innovative global automotive company.Work closely with top leadership, influencing strategic projects and initiatives.Collaborate in a dynamic multicultural environment that values proactivity, creativity and excellence.Opportunity to develop professionally and grow within a leading organization in the electric mobility sector.Our Purpose is to build a zero‑emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.
