Senior Staff Engineer Mixed Signal Architect (f/m/div) Join Infineon Technologies as a Senior Staff Engineer Mixed Signal Architect on our Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape the future of technology, drive groundbreaking projects, and bring new ideas to life. Your Role Key responsibilities are: Lead and perform product feasibility studies during early product development, deep‑diving into technical challenges to identify the best solutions in terms of performance, including the choice of technology. Develop right‑fit product architecture with a strong focus on cost efficiency and time‑to‑market, including the breakdown of the requirements necessary for design implementation. Innovate IP within innovation projects, guide technology and package development teams on features needed to support the long‑term product roadmap. Leverage system and application expertise by cooperating with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing and Application Engineering to offer right‑fit products to future customers. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: A Master’s degree in ElectricalRename or a related field. 5+ years of experience in analog and power design (gate drivers, PMU, switching regulators, or similar). Experience working with design teams in a leadership or expert role. Background in automotive and functional safety is a plus(vm). Proficiency in behavioral modeling and circuit simulation tools. Strong negotiation skills when working with internal and external customers. Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage.
