What you’ll be doingCarry out inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and fault‑finding at customer facilities.Provide accurate, detailed, and timely service visit reports following each customer intervention.Deliver technical support for all machinery within your area of responsibility, advising customers on maintenance best practices, spare parts, and available upgrades.Identify recurring technical issues or trends and proactively communicate these insights to your manager.Train customers on machine operation, maintenance routines, safety standards, and cleaning procedures.Support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Department working procedures.Respond to technical questions from customers, fellow technicians, and the sales team.Identify potential sales opportunities and support the Sales organisation by providing technical expertise and customer assistance.About YouYou are a hands‑on, customer‑oriented service professional who takes ownership of your work and enjoys being the trusted technical partner for customers.
