For more information, please visit .Role overview:Job Title: Software Software Development Engineer Senior ProfessionalLocation: RomeSmartworking: possibleActivities:•    Actively manage and lead software engineering team 
•    Define and execute on Product Technology Roadmap working with Architecture Team 
•    Work with Product Management Teams to define Customers Feature Roadmap
•    Promote high quality and timely completion of projects 
•    Actively lead or participate in resolving key issues that impact the performance of the team 
•    Provide technical solutions to complex problems
•    Provides guidance to team members within the established company policies
•    Responsible for support 24/7 support of solutions in specialized or disaster situationsRequirements:•    Good communications skills in English
•    Engineering experience with Java language and its frameworks including SpringBoot, JPA, JAXRS, Spring Batch, Quartz
•    Expert in developing scalable products in Cloud Infrastructure including Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform
•    Experience working with database applications at scale, i.e. PostgreSQL 
•    Application solutions developed using event streaming, i.e. Kafka 
•    Experience developing monitoring systems using latest frameworks and technologies 
•    Expert knowledge of version control systems including Git 
•    Production deployment and troubleshooting Professional Experience/Seniority: •    5+ years Software Development roles 
•    3+ years of Engineering Leadership or Management experience
