B2B Contract. 100% remote.We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.This entry‑level role combines marketing communication, administrative support, event coordination, partnership outreach, and the tracking of grants and public calls.It is ideal for a proactive individual eager to grow in a dynamic international environment at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and innovation.Key Responsibilities: Marketing & CommunicationSupport content creation for website, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Assist in preparing marketing materials, press releases, case studies, and promotional campaignsContribute to the design and coordination of digital assets (visuals, presentations, infographics)Monitor performance of communication channels, prepare analytics reports, and suggest improvementsSupport coordination with designers, external agencies, and internal stakeholdersAdministrative & Operational SupportManage general correspondence: drafting and responding to emails, scheduling calls, and organising follow‑upsAssist in preparing, formatting, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and internal documentationCoordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow‑up actionsMaintain structured digital filing systems for marketing materials, contracts, reports, and communication assetsSupport day‑to‑day office and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departmentsAssist the leadership team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and coordinationExternal Relations & EventsResearch and map relevant exhibitions, conferences, and industry events for company participationCoordinate logistics, travel arrangements, event materials, and follow‑up communicationsMaintain and update the database of partners, institutions, and media contactsRepresent the company at events, fairs, webinars, and online sessions when requiredSupport preparation of briefing notes, talking points, and follow‑up documentation for meetingsGrants, Public Calls & PartnershipsResearch, monitor, and track relevant grants, accelerators, and public funding opportunities (EU, Swiss, international)Assist in preparing application materials, administrative documents, and supporting filesCoordinate with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and marketing inputs for submissionsMaintain a detailed calendar of funding deadlines and circulate regular updates to the teamSupport outreach and communication with institutional partners and networks (Swiss Sustainable Finance, EFRAG, etc.)Profile & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent writing and communication skills in English; French or Italian is an assetStrong interest in sustainability, innovation, and technologyFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Mailchimp, and similar communication and design toolsHighly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong research skills and ability to identify funding, partnership, or visibility opportunitiesProactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and readiness to learn in a fast‑paced environmentJob Type: Full‑timePay: From €1,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
